Job Description:

We are looking for Business Process Associate who helps to scope, plan and implement business process improvement projects focused on improving the effectiveness and efficiency. 

Responsibilites:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls according to defined quality, standards, policies and procedures.
    Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
    Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
    Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
    Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.
    Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
    • Any Graduate/ Under Graduate with 12 months of BPO experience and good knowledge on Cloud Computing / Exchange Server / Active Directories / Microsoft Office 365 .
      Good Communication Skills.
      Overall 2 Years of Experience.
      Minimum 12 Months of Experience of Microsoft Enterprise Support.
