Customer care executive required in domestic or International call centers.
Qualification 10th/ +2/graduation/post graduation.
Both male/female can apply.

Responsibilites:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction in all calls.
    Attend to customer queries, concerns and complaints and provide first time call resolution.
    Ensure customer queries and concerns are accurately addressed over chats and emails.
    Escalate calls if necessary and follow proper protocols.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills- verbal & written.
    Active listening skills.
    Computer and keyboard skills (working knowledge of PCs e.g. MS Office, Internet, Emails, etc.).
    Reasonable analytical skills.
    Situation handling skills.
    Team player.
    Good motivational fit (job, organization, location).
