Responsibilites:

• Support preparation of the company's budget
  Drafting the invoice as per the Purchase order
  Building scalable financial processes and metrics
  Review of profit and loss encountered by the company.
  Exploring all the accounting reports and helps in financial analysis.
  Liaison with departments on monthly budget; prepare variance analysis
  Analyses the financial risks of an organization and suggests investment plans.
  Ensuring timely information and MIS for all external and internal stakeholders
  Verification of all the transaction and bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations
  Giving time to time training to other teams so that they will be updated with changes in GST Law.
  Computation of Service Tax and TDS. Making payment for TDS, Service Tax, Provident Fund, ESIC and PT
  Co-ordinate in auditing (Will be responsible for internal, statutory audits, transfer pricing audit)
  Follow up with Indirect tax team o

Requirements:

• Preparing reports for investors on monthly basis
  Prepare financial statements such as monthly and annual accounts.
  Prepare financial management reports including planning and forecasting.
  Preparing data analysis for different kind of data for major clients of the company.
  Preparation of GST payment challans on monthly basis for each GST registration number.
  Preparation and submission for annual return duly reconciled with audited financials of the firm.
  Preparation and submission of Monthly output GST tax return duly reconciled with Billing registered.
  Preparation and submission of Monthly Input GST tax return duly reconciled with electronic input registered and Cenvat ledgers.
  Preparation and submission of GST refund applications on monthly basis for each GST registration number in case of Arrow entities.
