Responsibilites:

• Deal With Clients And Suppliers And Have Regular Follow Up On Payments To Be Made And Received
  Carry Out Accounting Document Control In Line With Company Policies And Procedures.
  Maintain All The Company Files And Documents By Categorizing And Cataloguing It
  Ensure All Documents Relating To Income And Expenditure Are Readily Available And Are Accurate And Up To Date.
  Processing Local Invoices And Re-Export Invoices.
  Data Entry Including Expenses, Bank Credit Card Details Etc. And Checking The Same With Supporting Documents To Ensure They Are Accurate And Duly Approved.
  Inter-Company Reconciliations On A Daily Basis.
  Reconciliation Of All Salon Balances With Their Respective Statement Of Accounts.
  Reconciliation Of Stock As Per Records Of Individual Stock Locations With Tally And Resolve The Differences.
  Filing And Documentation Control.
  Any Other Duties As Assigned By The Senior Official
