Interact & respond patiently with the customers via phone, email or online chat concerning various care issues & resolve quickly
Assist with Inbound & few Outbound calls
Tracking & reporting of relevant customer concerns

Responsibilites:

• Coordinating with the internal department and escalate issues to the TL as and when required
  Follow up with customers & ensure they are satisfied with the resolution provided
  Capturing and applying customer feedback to improve our service delivery standards

Requirements:

• Good communications (English) skills are very important.
  Ability to listen and active problem solving skills 
  Good interpersonal skills
