We are into web designing and digital marketing and currently looking for someone to manage our recruitment, office day-to-day, etc.
 

Responsibilites:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
  Oversee employee engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management systems efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar role.
  Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and best practices.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
  Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
