Job Description:

We are looking for a well-spoken, presentable and organized Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and provide administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate should be able to handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently, ensure smooth communication between internal and external parties and create a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.

Responsibilites:

    • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
    • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
    • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
    • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
    • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
    • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
    • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
    • Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Professional attitude and appearance
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
    • Customer service attitude
